2. Our Services
Cubehawk provides digital design, branding, and full-stack software development services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any project will be outlined in a separate written agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) provided to the client before work begins.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for our services, the client is granted ownership of the final deliverables as outlined in their specific project agreement. However, Cubehawk retains the right to use any completed work, including concepts and preliminary designs, in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary assets, and approvals to keep projects on schedule. Delays in client communication may result in adjusted project timelines.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
